# RGPD, ePrivacy, CCPA, APEC... which message for which users?

Numerous laws have already been enacted to govern privacy protection. This trend is just the beginning and we must ensure that we are in compliance everywhere.

## How to proceed

1. Activate the geolocation API on TagCommander 
2. Create a banner dedicated to Europe, and localize it to have a version in the language of your target markets
3. Create a banner for California
4. Create a trigger rule to show the right banner according to the user's geolocation
