# Identifier de vos visiteurs

## Objectif :

* Identifier vos visiteurs.

## Description :

* Je souhaite identifier les visiteurs de mon site web pour réconcilier le comportement online et offline afin de leur proposer plus adaptés.

## Comment ça marche

1. J’utilise les fonctionnalités du TMS Commanders Act pour déposer et collecter une popin visant à collecter le numéro de carte de fidélité et/ou l’email de mes visiteurs web&#x20;
2. Via la fonctionnalité DataCo je paramètre et déploie mes streams in/out pour enrichir les profils en similarités.
3. Je segmente mon audience et j’active mes profils.
