## Objectif :

* Reconquérir les clients

* J'aimerais mettre en place des actions de réactivation fortes sur mes anciens clients lorsqu'ils reviennent sur mon site.

### Comment ça marche

1. Je configure le TMS Commanders Act X pour collecter le comportement de navigation de mes visiteurs.&#x20;
2. Je partage ma base de données d'acheteurs avec la date du dernier achat avec la plateforme pour identifier les anciens clients.&#x20;
3. Je crée ma segmentation de clients qu'il faudra réactiver. Je paramètre ma destination dans la plateforme pour activer mon audience.&#x20;
4. Je conditionne l'affichage d'une bannière en fonction du profil utilisateur que la plateforme me transmettra.
