## How it works

1. Integration of the server-side or client-side source into the platform.
2. Setting up a CRM flow to the Acr X Orders platform.&#x20;
3. Implementation of data source reconcialization with the Identity Resolution module.
4. Activation of my audiences in my destinations according to the available contact point... prioritization: email>sms>posting
