Mastering advanced reporting with data feeds is essential for enriching customer knowledge and improving performance monitoring KPIs. This use case describes the steps required to implement this strategy and the associated benefits, using Commanders Act functionalities.

## Objective

## Description

1. **Data collection**
   * Collect relevant information from online sources (such as events from the website and mobile applications) and offline sources (such as CRM data).
   * Use Commanders Act's data import features to centralise and organise this data, whether in batch mode, via API for real-time, or using Commanders Act's TMS.
2. **Setting up outbound data flows**
   * Set up data flows to feed a datavisualisation tool or a business intelligence database, either via batch mode (file export) or via API in real time.
   * Integrate data from different sources to create custom dashboards and detailed reports.
3. **Analysis and customisation of reports**
   * Create custom dashboards tailored to your specific needs using tools such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI.
   * Use these reports to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of your strategies and make informed decisions.
4. **Continuous optimisation**
   * Analyse the performance of your marketing campaigns and initiatives.
   * Use the insights gained to adjust your strategies and maximise impact.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://community.commandersact.com/customer-success/inspiration/customer-cycle/customers-knowledge/building-a-decision-making-database-with-commanders-act.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
