## Description :

* I want to identify visitors to my website in order to reconcile online and offline behaviours and offer them more tailored services.

## How it works

1. I use Commanders Act X TMS functionality to drop and collect a popin to collect the loyalty card number and/or email of my web visitors&#x20;
2. Via the Data functionality, I configure and deploy my inbound/outbound feeds to enrich the similarity profiles.&#x20;
3. I segment my audience and activate my profiles thanks to the ready-made destinations.
