# Onboarding of visitors

Collect (e.g. via pop-in) the e-mail addresses of visitors, customers or not, if they are not available. To save products in favourites.

## Description :

* Personalise my website with a form to collect visitors' email addresses to identify them.

## How it works

1. Creation of a segment corresponding to the audience to be displayed.&#x20;
2. On revisit: use our API to retrieve the segment membership to trigger the display on the site.&#x20;
3. Customisation of the site on the client's side to ask them to enter their email address.
