## Objective :

* Win back customer

### Description :

* I would like to set up strong reactivation actions on my former customers when they revisit my site.

### How it works

1. I configure the Commanders Act X TMS to collect the browsing behaviour of my visitors.
2. I share my buyer database with the last purchase date with the platform to identify former customers.
3. I create my customer segmentation that will need to be reactivated.
4. I set my destination in the platform to activate my audience.
5. I condition the display of a banner according to the user profile that the platform will send me.
