* When visiting the user site, I would like to submit a banner to non-optin visitors to encourage them to give consent in order to fully benefit from the offers and services provided by the company

### How it works <a href="#how-it-works" id="how-it-works"></a>

1. I create an activation segment for my profiles in the solution&#x20;
2. I condition the display of a banner: If the visitor in case of non-optin value or without consent.
