Regarding the use of the TrustCommander Solution, if the CLIENT integrates custom javascript files and custom CSS (style sheet) in the COMMANDERS ACT banners, COMMANDERS ACT cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the TrustCommander Solution because of their potential impact on the behavior of the banners.

Regarding the TagCommander Solution, if the Website of the CLIENT, on which the container of COMMANDERS ACT is deployed, overloads standard javascript functions, COMMANDERS ACT cannot guarantee the proper functioning of its container (which contains the marketing and analysis tags that the CLIENT wishes to add to its Website). In this respect, COMMANDERS ACT reminds that the javascript language is governed by a standard rule (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECMAScript) on which COMMANDERS ACT relies to operate its container and the TagCommander Solution.
