# Profile analysis, reconciliations & segments

### 1. Business value: Why choose customised support?

Every first-party data strategy is unique. For your dashboards to be effective decision-making tools, they must reflect your specific KPIs and the actual structure of your database.

* **Business Relevance:** Measure only what matters to your business (reconciliation rate by country, growth in VIP profiles, etc.).
* **Data Reliability**: Ensure that visualisations are based on correctly qualified data in the database.
* **Product expertise**: Benefit from our consultants' best practices to translate your needs into actionable graphics.

### 2. Implementation methodology (collaborative process)

#### Step A: Scoping and identifying KPIs

Success begins with a workshop between the client and the Commanders Act consultant.

* Definition of key indicators (e.g., evolution of the identified database, effectiveness of Fuse technology).
* Identification of priority segments to monitor.

#### Step B: Database Audit

The consultant verifies that the properties required for the identified KPIs are present and correctly formatted in Platform X.

#### Step C: Drafting of Specifications (Specs)

The consultant drafts a specification document detailing the structure of the dashboards, the types of graphs required and the filters to be applied.

This step ensures that the final result will be perfectly aligned with the client's business expectations.

#### **Step D: Deployment by the Product Team**

As the dashboard interface cannot be directly modified by users, the consultant sends the specs to our Product Team.

Technical configuration of views and queries in the background.

Production launch of the dashboard in your Platform X instance.

#### **Step E: Acceptance and Training**

Once the dashboard has been deployed, the consultant validates the consistency of the figures with you and trains you in how to read the reports.

* **Documentation**: [Profile Analysis Dashboards (User Analysis)](https://doc.commandersact.com/features/analyses/user-analysis/dashboards).

### 3. Typical use cases

1. **Reconciliation Performance Management:** Visualise the evolution of reconciliation to prove the value of Fuse technology. This dashboard allows you to accurately quantify how cross-device unification reduces your data silos.
2. **Multi-Opt-in Activation Potential**: Measure the volume of profiles that can be activated simultaneously across multiple channels (e.g., Email Opt-in + SMS Opt-in + Web). This dashboard allows you to identify your most ‘reachable’ segments to maximise the reach of your omnichannel campaigns.
3. **Consent Activation Reporting**: Don't just measure acceptance rates. This dashboard analyses the share of your ‘activable’ audience by media partner (Meta, Google, TikTok) based on actual consents, allowing you to adjust your advertising budgets to the most resilient levers.

### Ready to start creating your dashboards?

This success requires the intervention of a consultant. If you have not yet defined your KPIs or if you wish to launch the specifications phase: **Contact your dedicated consultant or our support team:** <support@commandersact.com>

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://community.commandersact.com/customer-success/expand-your-uses/audience-and-activation/profile-analysis-reconciliations-and-segments.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
