The CAX platform has libraries / APIs (Source) to collect user actions (Event) on your website / application / etc.

These events are sent to the platform's servers and are then enriched, normalised and translated into each tool format (Destination), so that they can be sent to the destinations of your choice.
CAX platform servers can also store events, users and custom data in the Commanders Act database (data store) and send this data to your storage system (via FTP, e-mail, ...), BI system, etc.
