How do I set up a consent banner on my site?
Step 1
CREATING YOUR BANNER :
Choose your banner template and apply the design of your choice. T
Create a banner, go to the Sources > Privacy Banner menu and click on the add privacy banner button.
YOU DON'T KNOW WHICH MODEL TO CHOOSE FOR YOUR BANNER ?
The Commanders Act CMP offers several fully customisable banner templates to make it easy for you to deploy consent collection. All you have to do is modify your design.
STILL NOT SURE WHAT DESIGN TO USE FOR YOUR BANNER ?
Don't panic! To help you design your banner as effectively as possible, we have compiled a list of best practices to be applied during the design phase of your CMP.
Step 2
DEPLOY YOUR BANNER WITHIN YOUR CONTAINER TO TRIGGER IT ON YOUR WEBSITE :
To display your banner on your website, you will need to attach your banner to a web container that will be placed on your site.
YOU ARE USING A TMS OTHER THAN COMMANDERS ACT TO DEPLOY YOUR BANNER ?
Don't worry, we offer several modes of integration with the main players on the market.
YOU WISH TO ACTIVATE THE CONSENT MODE ON YOUR BANNER ?
Consent Mode is a feature that adapts the information transmitted according to the user's consent. The aim is to be able to collect anonymous data, without reading or writing cookies and without being able to identify users, in order to model their behaviour based on similar users who have given their consent.
