I would like to use the browsing behaviour on my site to detect my visitors at risk of churn and implement retention actions.
How it works
I configure the Commanders Act X TMS to collect the browsing behaviour of my visitors.
I segment my audience based on browsing behaviour. (e.g.: on people who have viewed the general sales conditions...)
I set my destinations and activate my audience on the channel of my choice.
