Setting up Tracking First in On-Premise Proxy

The On-Premise proxy is a feature that orchestrates communication between your website/application and the Commanders Act platform.

How to proceed

  1. Send the Docker documentation to your development team: https://hub.docker.com/r/commandersact/ca-trk-proxy

  2. Go to your CommandersAct CAX interface: Administration > Domain Management

  3. Click on add subdomain, enter the subdomain (e.g. waf.myshop.com), select "External Proxy" and save.

  1. In the list, activate "Container integration" for the newly created sub-domain.

Activate ‘Containers Integration’*

  1. Regenerate and deploy all your containers.

  2. Tracking may need to be upgraded if it is managed outside the container (e.g. tracking views, clicks, data activation, OneTag outside commandersAct containers, etc.). If in doubt, contact support ([email protected]).
